My name is Mario and together with my family we give our best to serve taste- travelers who choose our tavern to taste traditional and seafood dishes of Rhodes.

I have traveled all over the world and tasted many kinds of cuisines. Each cuisine tells its own story and culture in its own, unique way. This is how I started cooking.But the basic element of good cooking is the pure and traditional first materials. As a child of a family who loved the sea, I was introduced to fishing very early. Later, following the creation of my own family, we decided to combine all this knowledge and share our homemade food with friends who want to share these experiences and be partners on a delicious journey into the secrets of Rhodian cuisine.You are welcome to try our traditional Greek dishes, made with passion and imagination, based on our grandmothers' recipes, and always with local and fresh products. Our fishes and seafood are served with authentic and genuine ways of cooking we prefer those living in islands. "Kopiaste" (meaning "welcome") in our tavern, with homemade wine and suma, with unbeatable views of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea, and last, but not least, with excellent quality food!
